Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes and oversee site facilities activities for Eaton’s Olean, NY manufacturing sites.
  • •Direct achievement of EHS and site Security targets and objectives; oversee facilities capital and expense associated with the site.
  • •Assign and support MESH element champions; create and maintain training matrices to ensure training is defined and tracked to completion.
  • •Partner with site leadership to ensure key EHS operational controls are in place, resolved on a timely basis, and complete annual compliance evaluations for applicable EHS regulations.
  • •Lead investigations of employee concerns, EHS incidents, and near misses; maintain and communicate EHS metrics, roadmap/action plans, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of EHS experience.
  • •Relocation within the immediate geographical area of 50 miles of Olean, NY (relocation benefits offered).

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience managing people.
