Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage new product introductions at the assigned factory, overseeing development, commercialization, and production through shipment.
  • •Own all aspects of product operations within the factory.
  • •Coordinate with departments (Planning, Quality, Compound, etc.) to ensure smooth production, quality standards, and OTS targets.
  • •Conduct manufacturing excellence audits to drive continuous improvements.
  • •Maintain relationships between Crocs, the factory, and T2/T3 suppliers and support customer complaint investigation and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in shoemaking, engineering, or business administration.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of shoe making experience with technical shoe making skills.
  • •Knowledge of EVA manufacturing processes.
  • •Production management and Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • •Understanding of the shoe development process and management.
