Product Execution Engineer

Lead new style development and oversee production execution from development and commercialization through shipment at assigned factories in Indonesia. Manage product operations, production transfers, and production compliance, while partnering with internal teams such as Planning, Quality, Compound, Tooling, Costing, and Social Compliance to ensure smooth runs, quality standards, and OTS targets. Perform manufacturing excellence audits, maintain supplier relationships, and help investigate and resolve customer complaints.
