Maintain and document safety and environmental management systems across AL TAIF workshops, warehouses, and office areas. Analyze inspection data to track noncompliance findings through closure, and advise management on integrating HSE protocols into daily workflows. Administer the Risk Framework and manage the risk register, develop HSE training for risk assessments and JHAs, and oversee waste management documentation to ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Provide mentorship and support to the HSE team while reporting performance to senior leadership.
