Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering with stakeholders.
  • •Analyze current business processes and recommend best-practice solutions using Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • •Design end-to-end functional solutions for Retail and Supply Chain business operations, including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • •Configure and validate Dynamics 365 modules, and collaborate with technical consultants, architects, and developers for implementation success.
  • •Support the full delivery lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, post-go-live activities, and UAT facilitation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • •6–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • •Experience delivering ERP implementations in Retail and/or Supply Chain environments.
  • •Strong functional expertise in areas such as retail operations/commerce, procurement, inventory/warehouse management, logistics/transportation, demand planning/replenishment, or order management/fulfillment.
  • •Ability to lead stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design, with strong analytical and communication skills.
