Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the product development process from concept and requirements through prototyping, testing, certification, and manufacturing preparation.
  • •Manage multiple R&D workstreams by defining milestones, timelines, and priorities.
  • •Coordinate RF, hardware, embedded, software, and mechanical teams and manage cross-stream dependencies.
  • •Track execution and identify risks, blockers, and bottlenecks early, driving resolution.
  • •Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and task tracking in Jira and Confluence.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of project management experience, preferably in product, engineering, or R&D environments.
  • •Experience managing technical or engineering projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project management principles and practical execution.
  • •Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • •Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies, and priorities.
