Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate all phases of site development projects and schedules in collaboration with other groups.
  • •Manage contractors, including RFPs, specifications, supplier selection, and construction contract close-out.
  • •Provide technical engineering support to ensure construction and maintenance comply with standards, codes, and specifications.
  • •Commission, operate, and maintain facilities with mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC and other facility systems.
