Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as main on-site point of contact for Candlelight events and staff, coordinating with Fever Originals manager.
  • •Maintain a full staff roster, set schedules, and coordinate with staffing agencies on reschedules.
  • •Ensure each staff member is trained for their duties, including ticket validation, guest seating, and venue candle setup.
  • •Transport supplies to and from venues and manage alternative arrangements if driving is unavailable.
  • •Maintain inventory and printing needs, manage guest lists, and oversee opening/closing remarks at events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in event management and/or a relevant degree (preferred).
  • •Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • •Experience leading an on-site team.
  • •Knowledge of AV and PA systems (desirable).
  • •The use of personal laptop will be required; Driver’s license strongly preferred.
