Build and maintain direct relationships with neighboring communities around the mine, starting from those defined in the Environmental Impact Study and extending beyond the influence area. Coordinate community communication and monitoring of focus groups, document and update community organizations, and escalate complaints or potential risks impacting operations. Share timely information on community programs and support the company’s accountability mechanism, working with suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
