Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively support the housekeeping team while leading expertly a 3-person team in OR cleaning
  • •Perform basic, intermediate, and isolation cleaning across all relevant areas
  • •Onboard new employees, deliver instructions, and share knowledge through training
  • •Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines
  • •Contribute to a clean, safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Hauswirtschaft EFZ, Hotelfachfrau/-mann EFZ, or a comparable qualification

  • •Team-oriented, communicative, and able to motivate others
  • •Strong empathy, responsibility, and flexibility
  • •Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
