Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and enable your team to deliver engagement and consultation activities across multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Take commercial responsibility for tender production and business development opportunities.
  • •Advise project teams and clients on stakeholder and community strategies for multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Plan and deliver stakeholder communication and consultations, including managing risks/issues, organising public information events, and managing outputs to achieve objectives.
  • •Project manage schemes including resourcing, budget management, and delivery on time and to budget, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; act as a people manager for engagement specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience leading the DCO engagement process across large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • •At least a degree qualification or equivalent.
  • •Experience in the road, rail, utilities, water, environment, or energy sectors.
  • •Membership of a relevant professional or trade body is desirable.
  • •Proven line management experience, including delivering training initiatives, and strong stakeholder relationship management in complex environments.
