Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in optimization of ByteDance LIVE business and support the LIVE experience for billions of users.
  • •Adopt cutting-edge machine learning models to improve business metrics including LIVE revenue and LIVE content quality.
  • •Develop model-driven approaches for automated and intelligent live operations to improve TT Live supply end efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Discover and handle inappropriate user behavior and business anomalies to ensure steady and persistent TT Live business operation.
  • •Analyze user behavior patterns and engage in product/business discussions to provide optimization directions for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms (e.g., DNN, NLP, CV).
  • •Experience with at least one big data parallel processing technology such as Flink, Spark, or Hive.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a strong math foundation (probability, statistics, numerical optimization).
  • •Ability to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year; include availability and graduation date in your resume.
