Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager to deliver a memorable retail experience at The North Face flagship store on Regent Street, London. Drive sales and profitability, coach and mentor sales associates, and help implement retail processes while improving operations. Manage core procedures like inventory and P&L, track performance against KPIs, ensure visual merchandising standards are met, and provide coverage when the Store Manager is absent. Requires strong customer interaction and leadership.
