  • •Manage multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients and deliver complex infrastructure projects and programmes across their lifecycle.
  • •Set strategy and challenge approaches to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Ensure accountability for health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility, applying CDM appropriately.
  • •Anticipate client challenges and determine sustainable solutions, innovating as necessary based on stakeholder needs.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop others while fostering inclusive teamwork and trusted long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure projects or programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
  • •Proven ability to challenge and set strategy, succeeding in ambiguous and challenging environments.
  • •Practical understanding of CDM and the ability to apply it appropriately across teams.
  • •Degree-level qualification in a management, construction, or infrastructure-related subject, or equivalent experience.
  • •Professional affiliation (e.g., APM, ICE, or equivalent) and relevant project management certification (e.g., APM/PRINCE2/MSP/ChPP) or NEC accreditations/qualifications.
