Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects for OT systems across critical infrastructure environments.
  • •Provide expert guidance to protect OT environments from cyber threats and assess OT cybersecurity programs for compliance with applicable frameworks and regulations.
  • •Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments (including risk mitigation strategies) and recommend remediation for OT-specific security issues.
  • •Implement security measures, respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents in OT environments, and stay current with OT security best practices.
  • •Lead penetration testing and anomaly detection solution implementations (including Nozomi and Dragos), while mentoring the OT taskforce and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience with OT/industrial control cybersecurity, including exposure to consulting firms, control system vendors, or cybersecurity strategy development.
  • •Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, and other OT technologies.
  • •Familiarity with NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001/27019, and other OT cybersecurity frameworks.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (Master’s in Cybersecurity is a plus).
  • •Preferred certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (Certified ISA Expert is a plus).
