Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage relationships with partner schools, Christ-centered education partners, and school networks; facilitate formation of school transformation committees and discipleship clubs.
  • •Visit partner schools regularly to consult with leaders and improve educational outcomes based on Edify’s outcomes map.
  • •Facilitate training on biblical worldview, leadership, and teaching skills; supervise training by other service providers and monitor training implementation through follow-up visits.
  • •Support Edify leadership with planning and oversight of Christ-Centered Education strategy, objectives, and day-to-day program coordination and reporting.
  • •Ensure data management and submit weekly updates and monthly/quarterly reports in Salesforce and other required platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in education, accounting and finance, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • •3–5 years of work experience in education, international development, community development, and/or youth development.
  • •Experience in education as an administrator, educator, or consultant is preferred.
  • •Experience designing programs and budgets, and serving as a coach/mentor.
  • •Fluency in English and strong communication and report/proposal writing skills.
