Job Summary

Drive face-to-face sales in Peloton’s showroom, engaging retail visitors and converting them into dedicated members. Key Responsibilities

•Engage retail visitors and start conversations to guide prospects toward Peloton.
•Achieve and exceed sales targets through high-touch face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations.
•Drive sales by treating every showroom visitor as a VIP and delivering personalized service and product storytelling.
•Use Salesforce to manage a “book of business,” track lead preferences, follow up on trials, and convert prospects into sales.
•Execute phone and email outreach to new leads and existing members to communicate launches, community events, and post-purchase follow-ups.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in a face-to-face retail or hospitality environment, with experience in fitness, wellness, technology, or premium lifestyle brands as a major plus.
•Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales goals with an entrepreneurial mindset.
•Enthusiastic, engaging, and polished communication style with the ability to “own the room.”
•Genuine passion for health and wellness, and the Peloton mission; able to speak authentically about maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including mandatory weekend hours, nights, and holidays.
