Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of the Schneider Electric enablement plan, translating priorities into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, and outcomes.
•Partner with AVEVA synergy stakeholders and Schneider Electric counterparts to assess needs, prioritise initiatives, and drive engagement across regions.
•Orchestrate cross-functional delivery of enablement programmes (e.g., role-based learning paths, webinars, toolkits/content, campaigns, in-person events/bootcamps).
•Establish strong governance and reporting rhythms (bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly), tracking performance and adoption (completion, attendance, platform usage, feedback/NPS).
•Identify risks and friction points (e.g., access to enablement platforms, content gaps, regional constraints) and drive pragmatic resolution with the right owners.

•Excellent communication skills—able to create clear stakeholder updates, facilitate working sessions, and drive decisions.
