Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate and disburse management, advisory, administration, performance, and custody fees, including fund net value calculations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • •Prepare financial statements and financial reports for clients as agreed and deliver accurate, timely client reporting.
  • •Clear and reconcile breaks between broker records and the bank’s books of records, addressing missing items.
  • •File records of correspondences and processed instructions for audit purposes.
  • •Handle accounting and accrual of fund expenses, including related accounting entries and payments.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate or above with over 1-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
  • •Good knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment instruments and fund services operations.
  • •Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • •Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word, with strong integrity and professionalism.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and accept rotating shift work.
