Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
  • •Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service
  • •Accurately process sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly
  • •Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and comply with visual merchandising guidelines
  • •Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed
