Key Requirements

  • •3 years+ proven experience in a customer facing role from international company
  • •Bachelor’s degree and English CET-4
  • •Mandarin language proficiency is a must
  • •General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • •Experience with fintech, banking, or eComs industry is a strong plus
