Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate the design management (projekteringsledning bygg och anläggning) for both large and small assignments, ensuring requirements and goals are met and maintaining dialogue between all project parties.
•Be part of a group of other design managers, supporting each other to deliver high-quality results.
•Collaborate with clients and project teams to drive project success and ensure value for the customer.
•Demonstrate flexibility and contribute to a trusted, autonomous work environment with the ability to influence daily workflows.
•Support development and growth within the team, contributing to sustainable, future-focused project outcomes.

Travel: Low travel

•5-10 years of relevant leadership experience within construction, civil works, industry, or infrastructure
