Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute advanced analytics to analyze procurement category spend, cost drivers, and market trends, delivering actionable insights to senior decision-makers.
  • •Apply predictive analytics and statistical modeling to forecast cost trajectories, identify risks, and surface savings opportunities.
  • •Architect and maintain data connections across enterprise systems (including SAP, Scout, SharePoint, and project controls) and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for procurement cost data.
  • •Develop and manage databases/data repositories for procurement category cost data, supplier financials, benchmarks, and project metrics using SQL and database tools.
  • •Establish cost objectives and performance tracking, standardize cost analysis frameworks, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive cost improvement opportunities and report to executives.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of relevant experience in cost management, data analytics, business intelligence, or cost controls, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, or large-scale capital environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Procurement, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • •Advanced analytics and visualization skills: Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, and Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib), plus R.
  • •Proficiency with SQL and relational/cloud databases such as Microsoft Access and Snowflake.
  • •Experience with ETL/ELT and enterprise procurement/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Scout), along with strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
