Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial modeling, comparable company and transaction analyses, leveraged buyout, and other valuation analyses.
  • •Draft marketing and transaction-related documents, including information memoranda and key transaction paperwork.
  • •Support team members with new business ideas, pitch strategies, and transaction structuring scenarios to meet client objectives.
  • •Prepare pitch/business origination materials and assemble presentations for delivery.
  • •Collaborate with junior and senior professionals across active and prospective engagement teams, gaining day-to-day investment banking exposure.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 41 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Current student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, graduating between Winter 2027–Spring 2028.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.2 (preferred 3.5); include cumulative GPA on your resume.
