Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales and deliver exceptional in-store consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. You’ll champion team culture, assist across store departments (including POS management, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations), and work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals. This role also includes key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and enforcing policies related to asset protection and inventory control.
