Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and maintain machinery used in corrugated box production.
  • •Achieve target run-time efficiency and waste limits by verifying registration, alignment, and glue integrity.
  • •Complete setups within standard time using pre-staged tooling.
  • •Inspect quality throughout the run (bundle count, folds, and overall box quality) and check print density, ink viscosity, and color consistency hourly.
  • •Record causes for idle time over 5 minutes, perform first-level troubleshooting, and during downtime clean anilox rolls, prep next ink set, and confirm die change readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.
  • •Experience with Amtech/Encore ERP is preferred.
  • •Ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
  • •Able to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic math (add/subtract, percentages, measurement, volume and rate).
  • •Basic computer/data entry skills and solid understanding of safety, quality, and production controls.
