Job Summary

Own the technical engineering solution for tendering subsea flexible pipe systems within a multidisciplinary team. Develop pipe systems designs to customer specifications, perform engineering calculations, and coordinate inputs from other departments and sub-suppliers. Provide technical support from early concept through full tender proposals, engaging stakeholders and aligning with commercial and sales teams to mitigate risk and build winning submissions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop pipe systems designs to customer specifications using sound engineering practice.
•Act as the technical focal point for tendering, owning the technical solution and inputs to risk mitigation while facilitating engineering processes.
•Provide technical support across the full tendering lifecycle from early concept to full tender proposal.
•Perform engineering calculations and use company tools and design guidelines to develop and verify pipe structure and associated ancillary items.
•Communicate technical proposal aspects to internal/external stakeholders and work closely with commercial and sales teams.

Key Requirements

•Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering.
•Experience in tendering (preferred).
•Experience in system design, design calculation, or Mechanical Design.
•Experience in project engineering (added advantage).
•Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects while managing time, output, and risk.
