Key Responsibilities

  • •Support design and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies.
  • •Review compensation plans across base pay, short- and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, and sales compensation.
  • •Analyze compensation using job analysis, classification, benchmarking, and market survey participation.
  • •Identify and support non-cash rewards and recognition programs to improve employee engagement.
  • •Manage large, moderately complex compensation initiatives and provide consultation and guidance to business leaders and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a compensation professional.

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Advanced graduate degree, financial services experience, CCP designation, project management experience, or HRIS/market data tool experience are preferred.
