Key Responsibilities

  • •Build manager enablement that actually sticks, equipping managers for success and high performance culture
  • •Run people programs end-to-end, including performance cycles and engagement surveys, with insights and actionable recommendations
  • •Close the loop between People and Recruiting to ensure feedback informs hiring and long-term success at Scribe
  • •Execute the people roadmap by prioritizing initiatives and staying ahead of employee and manager needs
  • •Contribute to compensation and total rewards through market benchmarking and process rigor
