Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with the Customer Support Group to understand customer needs and urgency.
  • •Check material availability, lead time, and production capacity; provide promise dates to Customer Support.
  • •Coordinate with Buyers to procure materials according to the work-order (WO) schedule.
  • •Coordinate with Production to complete WOs on schedule and maintain the master schedule dashboard.
  • •Review due/overdue WO backlog and reschedule based on business needs; support Demand Planner with build plan forecasting for 1-month and 3-month legs.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Understand production scheduling and work-order scheduling.
  • •Solid working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).

  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
