Build relationships with House of Blues VIP clients and Foundation Room members while using CRM tools to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and other premium experiences to concert patrons.
•Handle VIP sales from pitch and payment processing through experience fulfillment.
•Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele during their venue visit to ensure a VIP experience.
•Coordinate nightly VIP operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security to deliver premium experiences.
•Execute nightly VIP setup, including check-in, VIP seating areas, table personalization, and required signage.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations and guest relations.
•Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
•Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, and strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Must have a flexible schedule.
