Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sourcing, onboarding, and day-to-day management of credit reference agencies and external-data suppliers for consumer and commercial data.
  • •Maintain Monzo’s single source of truth for bureau data, products, contract coverage, and how each is used.
  • •Track and reconcile spend against supplier volumes and budgets, and surface cost-optimisation opportunities.
  • •Coordinate supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security, and Procurement.
  • •Lead one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams, deputising for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager and supporting procurement/contract lifecycle activities.
