Job Summary

Lead investor accounting and reporting by directing teammates who post cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application. Ensure timely, accurate lender remittances and reporting across lender types, including IRP (CMBS) and Agency (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA). Oversee daily balancing, cash exception clearing, operations account reviews, ARM and bond billing checks, and accurate records for autodraft payments and excess rent refunds, including bank account openings and closings.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead teammates as they process cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application.
•Ensure lender remittances and corresponding reporting are completed timely and accurately, including IRP (CMBS) and Agency reporting (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA).
•Lead delivery of funds to external clients and third parties as required.
•Ensure system balancing, clearing cash exceptions, and cash management functions are completed.
•Oversee daily operations account reviews, high-volume DDA reviews, ARM and bond loan billing review, and accurate records for autodraft payments and excess rent refunds.
