Credit - Senior Engineering Manager

Lead the engineering effort to launch Wise’s first credit offering, enabling international credit cards for personal and business customers. Own the technical roadmap and broaden product roadmap while building systems for credit decisioning, credit tracking, interest accrual, and repayment flows. Hire, coach, and mentor a core credit engineering team, partner with product and engineering leaders across squads, and deliver reliable, compliant, high-performance services in production.
