Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • •Demonstrate deep expertise in Infigratinib and achondroplasia; engage HCPs in clinically relevant, compliant discussions.
  • •Use sales and target data to identify growth opportunities and address territory challenges proactively.
  • •Partner compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to maximize customer and family satisfaction.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with KOLs with Marketing and Medical Affairs to expand advocacy, while ensuring all activities comply with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech, with 4+ years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia (achondroplasia or pediatric rare disease strongly preferred).
  • •BS/BA required; MBA a plus.
  • •Proven product/indication launch experience in competitive or new markets, including demand creation through disease-state and stakeholder education.
