Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the HoD in overseeing the strategic direction, development, and delivery of the Construction Services business unit, including interim approver coverage during leave.
  • •Drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency while managing key accounts and supporting renewals and pricing strategies.
  • •Manage the deployment process for accounts, including staff mobilisation planning, onboarding support for new accounts, and supervising initial deployment stages.
  • •Monitor and improve operational performance against KPIs, including bed space planning for contract uplifts and streamlining transport processes.
  • •Oversee HSE audits, drive closure of pending incidents, and assist with commercial reviews and outsourcing risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years’ experience in an outsourcing company or similar large-scale MNC.
  • •Strong understanding of manpower operations, including mobilisation, recruitment, sales, HR, and financial planning.
  • •Excellent computer and reporting skills.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and achieve goals.
  • •Fluency in English.
