Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for commercial and G&A roles at Frontify. Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting across commercial and G&A positions, helping build quality talent pipelines and provide an engaging candidate experience
•Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview processes, and hiring priorities
•Proactively source and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels to build pipelines for current and future needs
•Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process
•Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining high quality and efficiency

Key Requirements

•4 years of in-house recruiting experience, with a focus on commercial or G&A hiring, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
•Proven full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing
•Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools
•Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and collaborate across teams
•Organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a great candidate experience
