Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, monitor, and lead maintenance activities for the assigned manufacturing line, evaluating line performance and work needs.
  • •Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues to restore equipment performance.
  • •Maintain company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
  • •Work with planning to build priorities, obtain supplies, and assess skills and team needs; collaborate and delegate assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of electrical components, electrical safety codes, and regulations, including LOTO, Electrical Safety, and Arc Flash.
  • •Ability to apply the National Electric Code and identify electrical issues to determine required repairs.
  • •Understanding of basic OHM’s Law and AC/DC circuits (120/480 and low voltage), including 480 power distribution and three-phase wiring.
  • •SAP expert-level electrical skills (Level 6) demonstrated via hands-on assessment and Ramsay Assessment aggregate score of 58 or above.
  • •Ability to read electrical schematics and use troubleshooting devices such as a VOM and Megger.
