Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering focused on data center infrastructure and power systems.
  • •Proven ability to design data center electrical systems, including power distribution, backup power, and emergency systems, aligned to Uptime Institute Tier standards and TIA-942.
  • •Expertise in load calculations, equipment selection, power distribution design, redundancy planning, and electrical/building codes (IBC/IFC/NEC/IEEE, etc.).
  • •Hands-on use of electrical design/simulation tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, DIALux, and SKM Power Tools (or similar).
  • •Ability to review contractor submittals and experience with arc flash calculations and short circuit coordination studies.
