Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage professional services projects end-to-end, including sales handoff, resourcing, execution management, and project close-out.
  • •Develop customer project plans and ensure regular, timely communications to key stakeholders.
  • •Manage project issues and risks to resolution while maintaining customer relationships and delivering statement of work outcomes.
  • •Plan and manage resources to meet scope and budget expectations across multiple engagements.
  • •Maintain OpenAir PSA project data and support internal processes for revenue recognition and customer invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • •Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel for project reporting.
  • •Proficiency in OpenAir and Salesforce (or other professional services applications).
  • •Experience interfacing with information security positions and stakeholders, with ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams.
  • •Knowledge of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
