Sr. Manager, Activision Labor Relations

Lead Activision’s labor relations strategy and execution within the HR team, partnering with Microsoft Corporate HR Labor Relations and internal stakeholders. Own CBA administration, interpret contract provisions, manage grievances and arbitration preparation, and respond to union RFIs. Advise leaders on labor risk management and support negotiations. Design and deliver labor relations training for managers, ensuring NLRA compliance and aligned, trust-based union relationships.
