Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee implementation and administration of collective bargaining agreements across Activision Publishing bargaining units.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for grievance intake, documentation, and resolution; collaborate on strategy and arbitration preparation.
  • •Manage union Requests for Information (RFIs) by coordinating with HR, ER, Legal, and operational leaders to deliver accurate, timely responses.
  • •Advise HR and business leaders on labor relations strategy, risk management, and complex labor dispute resolution while supporting negotiations.
  • •Design and deliver labor relations training and provide ongoing coaching to managers on contract interpretation, grievance handling, and NLRA compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience in HR, mediation/alternative dispute resolution, collective bargaining, or ER-related roles (or Master’s with 6+ years, or equivalent experience).
  • •Expertise applying the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and related employment/HR laws, regulations, policies, and practices.
  • •Proven ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with union representatives and other labor stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated experience administering and implementing collective bargaining agreements.
  • •Demonstrated management-side experience in grievances, arbitrations, and/or negotiations.
