Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and ship production GenAI agents and automations on top of Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach, Gong, and Google Cloud infrastructure
•Translate GTM problems into production solutions by designing prompts, integrating with GTM stack via APIs, and instrumenting leading indicators to prove ROI
•Partner with frontline reps and customer success teams as design partners, iterating in production to drive adoption
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Product, Enablement, Customer Success, Sales, and FP&A to surface problems and build lasting solutions
•Contribute to team AI developer infrastructure (skills libraries, MCP integrations, prompt frameworks) and establish reusable components for scaling GTM AI products

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,600 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience building production software, data, or AI systems, ideally in a GTM/RevOps/analytics engineering function at a B2B SaaS company
•Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and grounding models in business data
•Familiarity with modern data stack tooling, particularly DBT and Fivetran, and understanding of how clean data enables reliable AI outputs
•Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with working knowledge of REST APIs and Salesforce APIs (SFDC); comfortable with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Compute Engine, Secret Manager) and Terraform
•Ability to scope ambiguous business problems, ship a working v1 quickly, and iterate based on user feedback
