Job Summary

Coordinate and optimize production schedules for NVIDIA’s new chip products in the Hsinchu site by acting as the link between NPI program managers and functional planners. Monitor WIP, align on specs and data, lead weekly status meetings, and enable contract manufacturers to execute complex engineering experiments, with a focus on continuous improvement and lessons learned after each NPI program.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a link between NPI program managers and NVIDIA functional planners to craft an optimized production schedule for new devices.
•Monitor the WIP status daily to ensure the production schedule is executed as planned.
•Clarify and align with owners on issues related to specs, business process, and data variance vital to executing the chip supply plan.
•Host weekly status meetings with management and cross functional teams to highlight the overall health of active new chip products.
•Partner with stakeholders on enabling contract manufacturers to carry out complex engineering experiments and fulfill dynamic engineering unit demand.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in semiconductor planning
•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Planning or equivalent
•Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, detail orientation, organizational and quantitative skills
•Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Excel VBA, macros, and RPA a plus
•Fluency in English
