Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Head of Portfolio Planning to manage SMBC EMEA transformation portfolio visibility for decision-making, prioritisation, optimisation, and risk management.
  • •Support intake, triage, and prioritisation of EMEA change initiatives while maintaining demand vs. capacity view.
  • •Manage TCMG/project budget and headcount, including forecasting and tracking.
  • •Lead annual planning activities for the EMEA Transformation & Change Management Group covering project demand, budget and headcount.
  • •Deliver executive management reporting and insights on portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and capacity for senior decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in Transformation/Change, Planning, Governance and/or COO (preferably in financial services).

  • •Strong organisational skills, including setting and communicating operating cadence/timelines.
  • •Clear verbal and written communication skills in English in an international context, including stakeholder management and influence.
