ALS Optimization and Monitoring Engineer

Deliver artificial lift well surveillance services for global customers using the ProductionLink platform. Remotely optimize and troubleshoot ESP (electrical submersible pump) systems to improve production, runtime, and uptime. Build and maintain analytical artificial lift models, capture impact events and case studies, and present monthly KPI reports. Collaborate with customers and internal SMEs to recommend ESP optimization strategies and troubleshoot SCADA and VSD setup while supporting an HSE-focused culture.
