Job Summary

Maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot machine failures, and install/assemble new machines and replacement parts. Follow diagrams, operations manuals, SOPs, and LOTO and other safety procedures. Log maintenance work via paper documentation or a CMMS while supporting reliable production in a PVC pipe manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently by performing preventative maintenance requirements, inspections, servicing, and testing.
•Install and assemble new machines and equipment.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine failures.
•Install replacement parts (e.g., vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic hoses) using power and hand tools.
•Follow industry best practices, SOPs, LOTO procedures, and other safety guidelines; log maintenance work via paper documentation or a CMMS.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
•Experience with industrial maintenance and electrical/mechanical components.
•Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and fix problems.
•Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
•Preferred experience with Cincinnati Milacron machines and Theason Extruders.
