Key Responsibilities

  • •Define primitives for agent authority including spend scopes, allowlists, velocity/amount ceilings, task-bound credentials, approvals, and revocation.
  • •Own scoped virtual cards for agents provisioned per merchant, amount, and task, and retired when tasks complete.
  • •Extend Rain’s stack to agent initiators within customer-defined parameters across wallets, virtual accounts, onramps/offramps, and cross-border payments.
  • •Treat the API as the product: endpoint design, error semantics, idempotency, webhooks, sandbox/simulation tooling, SDKs, and reference agents.
  • •Own documentation and onboarding, using time-to-first-authorized-agent-transaction as the success metric.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product management with meaningful time on developer-facing platform, API, or infrastructure products; shipped something engineers chose to build on.
  • •Technical depth to read API diffs, write queries, prototype against endpoints, and contribute meaningfully in architecture reviews.
  • •0-to-1 instincts to take products from a blank page to real usage in an ambiguous market and adapt as the roadmap changes.
