Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Later’s growth marketing strategy end to end, connecting product marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle into a plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
  • •Allocate and defend the growth marketing budget across channels using efficiency, payback math, and investment increase recommendations.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of roughly a dozen marketers across product marketing, digital channel experts, and growth marketers; hire and structure as the org evolves.
  • •Direct channel execution across paid media, SEO/AEO, email and in-app lifecycle, CRO and web strategy, and ABM motions with Sales-aligned handoffs.
  • •Own attribution and marketing measurement with RevOps/MarketingOps, run a quarterly experimentation roadmap, and ensure clean data flows across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, owning a multi-million dollar budget and a revenue number.
  • •5+ years leading and developing marketing teams, including managing managers or senior specialists through ambiguity and change.
  • •Player-coach experience: lead a team and personally own execution (build models and run campaigns).
  • •Depth across paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle and email, and web CRO.
  • •Strong measurement and experimentation skills, comfortable with tools like GA4, Amplitude, Looker, or Mode, and CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Braze.
