Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings.
  • •Lead architectural staff, run project meetings, and coordinate building disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Conduct internal reviews and quality checks of models and drawings to ensure compliance with BIM standards.
  • •Research and incorporate required materials, products, and technologies into design details and specifications.
  • •Provide technical and administrative oversight to meet client needs and deliver within cost, quality, and schedule targets, including planning, scheduling, forecasting, staffing, and working with accounting; manage consultants and travel to remote work sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered architect in Manitoba (MAA) or eligibility to be registered.
  • •7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Canadian Reliability or Secret security clearance, or eligibility to obtain, is mandatory.
  • •Familiarity with provincial and national standards and codes.
  • •Knowledge of BIM principles and workflows; proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD (and experience with BIM standards).
