Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow transformational product engineering teams across architecture, design, engineering, and implementation of enterprise applications, components, APIs, and platforms.
  • •Own delivery across a portfolio of engineering initiatives, ensuring high-quality software delivery on time and within product budgets.
  • •Partner with Product Owners and business/technology stakeholders to set priorities, plan schedules, execute releases, and resolve dependencies and risks.
  • •Establish and monitor engineering practices and metrics for delivery, quality, reliability, security, performance, and developer effectiveness, including testing, observability, resilience, and CI/CD/DevOps/automation.
  • •Provide people leadership by recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining engineering talent while fostering an accountability, innovation, and continuous-improvement culture.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of software engineering experience, including architecture, design, engineering, and implementation in complex enterprise environments, plus recent experience leading engineering teams.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, engineering, and successfully implementing enterprise-grade software products and platforms.
  • •Expert solution architecture skills to evaluate complex architectures, engineering approaches, and technical tradeoffs and resolve complex technical issues.
  • •Experience building scalable, reliable, secure, performant, and maintainable software systems, including enterprise-grade APIs and modern distributed/microservices architectures.
