Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, governance, and implementation of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • •Develop enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
  • •Define and oversee Salesforce integration patterns, including secure APIs, middleware, and ETL processes for reliable data exchange.
  • •Own Salesforce data modeling, governance, and data quality strategies, and align the data lifecycle with scalable reference architecture patterns.
  • •Support Salesforce deployments through CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance; mentor developers and solution architects and participate in governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of enterprise Salesforce architecture and delivery experience.
  • •Experience leading complex Salesforce multi-cloud implementations and enterprise-wide solution design, development, implementation, and governance.
  • •Knowledge of enterprise architecture strategy using frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), declarative tools, and secure systems handling sensitive data in regulated industries.
